Zabicie Yorka w Kołobrzegu

Petycja utworzona dnia 03-08-2013.

My niżej podpisani żądamy ukarania osób które przyczyniły się do śmierci Yorka kopiąc go jak piłkę do nogi. Po tym incydencie pies stracił zycie.

Dokładna historia Yorka : Małżeństwo przyjechało do Kołobrzegu ze Szwecji na wypoczynek. Zabrało ze sobą swoją ukochaną suczkę - yorka o imieniu Dolly. Piesek biegał sobie na plaży, ale w pobliżu na kocu wylegiwało się 6 pijanych mężczyzn. W okolicy trwał festiwal muzyki techno, takich ludzi było wówczas sporo. I nagle, jeden z mężczyzn podbiegł, wziął psa na ręce i podrzucił go do góry. Drugi z mężczyzn, zrobił półobrót i kopnął psa tak, mocno, że ten poszybował około 10 metrów i spadł na piasek. Zdechł na miejscu. Morderców próbowali zatrzymać właściciele psa, ale zostali brutalnie odepchnięci. Próbowali zadzwonić na policję, ale numer alarmowy był zajęty. Wreszcie, policjantów na plaże ściągnęli inni plażowicze - akurat przejeżdżał niedaleko patrol. Niestety, mordercy Dolly zdążyli w tym czasie uciec.

Protestujemy przeciwko bestialskiemu traktowaniu zwierząt i domagamy się by organy ścigania dołożyły wszelkich starań w próbie złapania zwyrodnialców.
Jak bardzo bezkarnie musieli czuć się oprawcy skoro maltretowali bezbronne zwierzę na oczach biernego tlumu?

Bagatelizowanie tego zdarzenia przez oragany ścigania byłoby bardzo niebezpieczne, ponieważ jako europejski kraj będziemy się jawić naszym gościom jako dzikusy, barbarzyńcy bez empatii do ludzi i zwierząt."

Czy w Polsce coraz cześciej będziemy słyszeli o tym, że krzywda jest rzeczą normalną i bezkarną, a prawo jest nieudolne i nieskuteczne?

We, the undersigned, demand appropriate punishment for the six men who killed a little Yorkshire terrier by kicking her like a soccer ball. The dog sadly died.

The story : A Swedish coupe came to Kołobrzeg on holiday with their beloved Yorkshire terrier baby girl named Dolly. The dog was running happily along the beach, unsuspecting the upcoming danger. On a blanket nearby, six drunk men were having a good time too. At that time, the area was holding a techno music festival which attracted a number of people. Suddenly one of the drunken men grabbed the little terrier and tossed her up into the air, while another one performed a half-turn, kicking the dog so hard that she flew some ten metres or more and landed on the sand. She died instantly. The dog owners tried to stop the murderers but these pushed them away brutally. Then the couple tried to call the police but the emergency line was engaged. Eventually the police arrived, alarmed by the witnesses of the incident, as a police patrol was just passing by. Unfortunately, Dolly’s killers managed to run away.

We protest against bestiality and maltreatment of animals, and demand that the prosecuting authorities apprehend the degenerate men who committed such a terrible and senseless crime.
How careless and unpunished they must have felt to torture a little helpless innocent animal in front of inert beholders?

Such incidents must not be ignored by the prosecuting authorities, otherwise Poland, as a European state, will appear a savage uncivilised nation of barbarians having no empathy for people and animals.

Are we going to hear more and more often that harm and crime in Poland are a normal thing that will never be persecuted and punished, and that our laws are ineffective and incompetent? We wholeheartedly believe not.
