I am signing because it is disgraceful that a professional is being harassed and then not being treated as a human. Why don't the authorities seek to find the corrupt ones that are importing this? Why did they not look at dock workers who could have placed it in the cargo to avoid their own authorities?

Znam osobiście Kapitana Lasotę z racji wielokrotnych kontaktów służbowych na wielu statkach zawijających do portów Zatoki Meksykańskiej i jestem pewien jego profesjonalnego podejścia do pełnionego zawodu - Kapitana Żeglugi Wielkiej.
Nie można pozwalać na bezduszne traktowanie jakie przechodzi w meksykańskich więzieniach. W całej rozciągłości popieram tę petycję i proszę Pana Prezydenta o interwencję.
